R:ED Event - Christmas in Spain
in the Exchange

Our Christmas event this year was a six course Spanish dinner at Deseo Bistro.  Each course was paired with a fabulous wine selection.  We had a great turnout, and clearly everyone had a good time.  Thanks to all for the Christmas Cheer Board hamper donations too -- two big boxes of food for our hamper!

Our June 9 R:ED meeting was held at Brick's Fine Furniture on Market Avenue.  Members enjoyed sitting on luxurious furniture during the meeting.  Our guest speaker, Martin Maykut (Streetside Dev.) talked about the new Qualico development to take place in that and adjacent buildings.  He took us on a tour of one of the buildings on James Ave, after which we returned to Brick's Fine Furniture for coffee and pastries compliments of Ira's Deli on Lombard.
