R:ED Event -
Death, Debauchery & Dining Tour

R:ED members gathered on a Saturday morning to take the new Exchange BIZ tour: Death and Debauchery.  After a slightly soggy 45 minute tour of the the sins, evils, corruptions and hangings in the area's past, we ended up at the Albert Diner for a great brunch!

R:ED Meeting - Qualico Development

Our June 9 R:ED meeting was held at Brick's Fine Furniture on Market Avenue.  Members enjoyed sitting on luxurious furniture during the meeting.  Our guest speaker, Martin Maykut (Streetside Dev.) talked about the new Qualico development to take place in that and adjacent buildings.  He took us on a tour of one of the buildings on James Ave, after which we returned to Brick's Fine Furniture for coffee and pastries compliments of Ira's Deli on Lombard.

This looks like a cozy meeting!

On May 18, another group of hungry R:ED members gathered at Hermano's Restaurant for our 2nd authentic Brazilian Churrasco BBQ.  In addition to the meat, Rafael BBQ'd a full pineapple covered in cinnamon -- wow, delicious!

On May 12, a dozen R:ED members (capacity crowd) gathered at Hermano's Restaurant for an authentic Brazilian Churrasco BBQ.  It was a fantastic meal - the meat was outstanding, and one R:ED member who has been to BBQ in Brazil a few times, said: "this was better!"
