R:ED Event: Night at the Museum
This month we sneak beyond the edge of the Exchange District to create a special and exciting evening for residents and their guests. Night at the Museum is an exclusive evening, where we will be the only museum guests - it is closed to the public.
The evening will start at 6:30 pm with a champagne reception. Chat and meet others as you nibble on hors d'oeuvres. At 7:00 pm we will start a 45 minute private tour of the museum, focused on the amazing architecture. As we traverse the incredible walkways and bridges between display areas, the acoustic sounds of Curtis Newton will fill the space.
Following the tour, we will relax in the ERA Bistro, and begin the three course meal. First up, a tummy-warming soup.
You will have a choice for your main course:
- King Salmon (GF) -- hemp crust, avocado butter, French curry vinaigrette, fennel
- 7oz Filet Mignon -- Prime Beef Tenderloin, red wine sauce, creamy leek and adora potato puree
- Root Vegetable Wellington (V) -- oyster mushroom, carrot, turnip, parsnip, polenta, gremolata
- Roasted ½ Chicken (GF) -- butternut squash puree, fried sage
Wine will be served with dinner. While dining, we will continue to enjoy the music of Curtis Newton.
Then for dessert, sumptuous secret dessert. Coffee/tea.
The cost of this adventure is only $110 per person. This includes everything: champagne reception with hors d'oeuvres , private museum tour, three course dinner with wine, 13% tax and 16% gratuity. Also included is a small donation to the 9th annual Christmas Eve Feast.Date
